At least private can turn away patients once full or clinic close. My regular Gp even tells me " im tired in the morning , i need a rest , you come bac in the afternoon for minor procedure. and to be honest , I am perfectly fine with it. I would rather my doctor be alert and not tired. Whereas, polyclinic just squeeze you dry
ur boss don't crowd control one ah.
mine will pull manpower into red if crowd unexpected.
if it's really bad following morning becomes admin morning let us chill a bit.
so boss really important.
if u have a sucky clinic head who lives in his own word replying emails..then just leave ba.
locum don't pay u more la. if u laojiao m.meder hourly rate surely higher than locum. but then the flexibility really v good.
