there is a HUGE difference between a 3 month probation and a 1 year probation. I don't know how it appears to be the same from your view. common sense tell us that entering a job with a 1 year probation subjects to exploitation. 365 days VS 90 days. it is the same? it is embarrassing to defend a flawed policy. this is not
