I would say nothing much special. Promotion to GEO3 soon after PGDE is a default... you are given higher salary on the GEO3 scale cause of your age / relevant experience (equivalent to cumulative merot incremeents were you to be in
MOE all this time). Good time to talk to your RO for sensing of your CEP knstead.
