Bullying at Work - Any advice please?
Hi All,

I would like to get some advise from everyone here about being bullied by my seniors. I am about to be called to the Bar in August.

My partners don't really care about such bullying or they don't know. It seems like once billable targets are hit , that is all that matters.

The work nature itself is stressful enough, why must the people in my department make life even more difficult?

Any advice on what to do next?
