Can I ask is age a factor when it comes to hiring for private gp chain groups? I am a Duke student, and by the time I finish my bond , I will actually be in my late 30s. I will mopex through the relevant postings (ED, ops, IM etc) and gain the relevant experience; also completed gdfm.
But just wondering if I will be discriminated against due to my age as most of my peers are probably in their late 20s or Early 30s
