Increment,
Band 3=1% +/- 0.2%
Band 2=2% +/- 0.2%
Band 1=3% +/- 0.2%
there are 2 more bands, Band3=bottom 5% and Band1=top 5% not sure of these 2.
promo increment anything higher than 10% is good already
