I think it depends, my friend is currently in the
NUS MA programme, they getting fast tracked to assistant manager within 18mths but no aws their starting salaries are in the mid 4K range with a big 5 figure bonus (bond), if add up, per mth nearly 5k for fresh grad with 6pm go home everyday and getting a bump in position n pay upon completion of the programme..
