Consulting pods are generally more competitive that’s why you see Recruiters pushing majority into tech and software pods as they need more manpower in these tech and software pods. I think reason why change mgmt is lesser people is cos it’s more towards strategy and mgmt consulting functions, whereas the business analysis pod for consulting is more towards tech consulting. Prolly that’s why the former is technically harder to get into.
