Having been a part of the Naval Plans Department (NPLD) since 2008, Ms Karen Koh has witnessed the growth and development of our Navy over the years.
Together with her team, Karen is responsible for planning the operations and support budget for our naval facilities, including overseeing the construction, maintenance, and upgrading of our naval infrastructure.
Karen is currently involved in improving the environmental sustainability of our Navy's infrastructure by innovatively incorporating energy-efficient elements.
In recognition of her contributions over the years, Karen will be promoted from DX10 to DX11. Congratulations on the well-deserved promotion! 👏🏻
