Dead water department filled with people with no career aspiration at all. It’s not like they can fire them… You give them low ratings, increments & bonus they also bochap.

Haha I sense a bit of sarcasm there but I am still a little confused. So you are saying that the pace is not exactly fast actually? So I presume OT isnt very prevalent there?
Isn't there any new blood in the form of new graduates in the department? How is the turnover rate like?
