Heard of some cc who does nothing, never speak for you nor validate your work, and there’s cases where some employees who are really contributing positively and are good in their work but their cc never bring them up in promotion talks. If unlucky kena this kind of cc when you join, how ah? Able to change cc? Sorry quite scared as I just started work :’(
