Hmm I think you wont learn much during your time as an OE. And they are having a hard time to hire new OE. They even resort to increase the resignation notice period to two months. As the HR were not truthful, thus a lot new OE join and quit. Join at your own risk. And be prepared to see new guys joining with higher pay than you, and
PSA wont adjust your pay.
