wow... reading from the thread i think i am considered average? which initially i think i might be underpaid?

all of you are from big university graduates. i only had a dip from pte sch and a grad dip in T&D from SHRI.

currently drawing 4K per month now with 8yrs experience. recently my boss wants to redesignated my title to training manager with no increment and will be hiring a new executive to be placed under my dept.

i think i should nego for more at least 4.5K will be a decent figure for managers isn't it?
