The salary range and benefits are largely the same. However I gathered that singhealth annual package is slightly lower than NHG and NUHS. For B performers, seems like NHG and NUHS are getting 16 months, but for singhealth PHI, B performers are getting 15.5 months. My advice for those who are really keen in this industry, it's best to join NUHS and NHG, for a higher pay.
