Agree with the earlier poster, hard to say but based on my AHP path, I'm just a average performer every year, so yearly increment is about 3 plus %, which is about $100 plus increment. I have not been promoted before, its very hard to get promote anw, be prepared to slog for close to 10 years before you even get to smell promotion. We get salary adjustment once every 5 years, thereabout. But don't expect much, probably about 3% to 7% as per the lady adjustment.
