I'm 110% sure where I'm planning to move to will be less stressful because I'm currently in the foreign service. Specified "ministry" because I was wondering if the HRs across ministries contact each other to ask about candidates who apply haha.

Hmm, since they'll contact my current min HR, should I just let my current supervisors know that I'm planning to leave (even though I haven't secured the other job yet)?
