I am a relatively young team lead (8 year exp) so around 14k/month, I know a few with more exp or specialized skillset getting around 16-17k, I suppose your offer is fair (not good/bad).

Does Citi support functions still pays ~1 month bonus? I was an Ops Risk AVP 4-5 years ago and was getting ~1 month but wonder if it is still the case, especially at VP level.
