SIA is nowadays just a glorified company. You have a great attitude.....but you will go down the drain in
SIA. If just care about relatively stable job, negotiate the best salary you can get and then just go with the flow and even be a deadwood - but don't think much about promotion or annual salary increment. Good luck!
