Mainly the burnout i would say, I left too once I got promoted to senior analysts and many of my batch mates left too, the number going out is quite high. As much as how some may claim that 4K plus salary ot so much is normal, if you were to really compare with other firms paying similar level of pay, the ot rate in acn is really the top. Previously in my project there was one analyst who worked so hard and all but couldn’t get promoted in the first cycle as the project claim budget not enough and will promote in the next cycle but she left due to health reason. Like who can really survive ot everyday until 10-11pm plus, some days even past midnight. Interns weren’t spared either btw. Sooner or later your body can’t take it one.
To those who are looking to join acn, would advice to think twice. It’s not a bad firm, question is if it’s worth it.
