hah no la...for my stat board the grades are A+/A/B+/B/C+/C/C-/D/E
most ppl are C+/C, in fact for newcomers usually they give C, I was fortunate my boss gave me B.
i am not interested in technical details of eng. and anyway that was my first job offer and pay is rather gd...
for MTI stat boards they work closer with the industries while MTI more focussed on policy-making. i also think closer to industry would be more interesting.
U got any preference on which stat board?
