Sry no. I assumed u still new. These unproductive timing u wan to removed is a bad suggestion. They are billable hours for client to feel/see the fee they paying is worth it (even u dontt timesheeting them in). It has been like this for decades. Some ppl see working for more than 16hrs is achievement as well. So no, not a good suggestion. The director and actors need to be there for the viewers.
