Of course they’d want to transfer to teaching track if they are in SEO. Being an ST only requires you to teach, mentor and maybe at times conduct workshop. But you don’t need to be in charge of events, planning and admin stuff like budgeting, implement new policies.
Do so much lesser but salary is the same at abt 8k. Also, even if you get C as SEO1, your pb is still 2-2.2months. Why need to slog so hard when this is such a comfortable salary.
