You sound determined to retire now so just do it. Don’t regret. Live life to the fullest. You have more than enough to retire. Most people live in
HDB flat so no big deal if you downgrade. With lots of cash you can travel the world while you’re healthy. You’ve done well. Enjoy your retirement now!
