by april your salary should be ~+300 more?
and maybe between apri to june,
mindef will have the so called wage adjustment for
mindef people under DX scheme? 10% more if under MX12 or MX11
assume all come together in april
4100 + 10%(410) + 300 = ~4.8k?? you still want to change job??
4.8k for a pass degree in 5 years exp is very good salary!!!
