Hi , I am the newest intake since Dec 2021. Had been here for 4 months i think i am qualify to answer you this question. Honestly telling, 90% people are not friendly here. They will make your life real hard because they see new hire as a threat to their rice bowl. For training wise, don't expect guidance, you are on your own. I am currently looking for new job.
