MOM.
You could also stay and wait for them to fire you. Then, report
MOM for wrongful dismissal but unless you have good proof, it might be your words vs their words.
In any case,
1. You obviously are not happy there.
2. Your prospects there look bleak. You may have already offended people who have the authority to promote or not promote you.
3. You are already being classed as an underperformer by HR. Whether rightfully or wrongfully, there is no point to care for now because HR has a say in whether to fire you.
