My cousin had a little trouble with his credit in the recent past that had a company sue a company he was a nominee for, but the issue was settled out of court, and he was not even involved.

Is there a way to remove this record with the credit bureau? Is there a way to appeal?

Please help, we are quite troubled with this issue.
