If only work, still can tahan. But living and caring for elderly parents, that adds to stress. Foreign talent bosses don’t care all is ok, but to purposely make my life more difficult is unfair.

Any advice on what I should do next?
no point staying, MOM will only do something if the issue became viral. I also used to work at a mnc with many FTs but i not sure if my boss is Singaporean. May be a Malaysian but who knows, i can just assume he is a Singaporean. Either you find new job asap or stay and suffer.

All that aside, is it true that your performance is cmi? If so, then you just dug your own grave. Now more people know about your "bad performance". If anything, that just adds to their advantage.
