But then again, this pay adjustment is for regular civil servants and not the elitist civil servants which the head CNB and SCDF belonged to (admin service officers). The last adjustment for the MX scheme was in 2008. So i think the official line would be that this is part of civil service's adjustments to ensure that the salaries are competitive, etc and it goes independent of other issues. |
I don't think they are admin officers.
