Currently in GS BO. Got promoted to vp this year, pay increment from 8k+ to 11k+ per month. 6.5 yoe. Bonus was Abt 5 months of previous pay. Juniors were seeing on average 3 months at least. Bumper year for everyone in the bank. The FO would definitely be much better.
