Based on a comment couple dozen pages back consolidating the revised pay range for the Big 4s:

1PQE 7.4 - 7.8
2 PQE 8.4 - 8.8
3 PQE 9.8 - 10.4

The real question is whether the >1 PQE annual increments track the Big 4, or will a gulf invariably develop.
