Correct! There's no need for these FO people to brag about their roles, pay/bonuses cause the successful bankers/traders know that out somewhere there are v high fliers within their age group doing even better than them.
Once a person reaches the high income bracket is the character and personality that shine even as they continue to challenge themselves.
