First of all, this isn't a thread to talk about bankers. If you think it's great, go start another thread on this and glamorise your trade. Not all bankers draw high wages, only the selected few at the very top of the hierachy do. However, it's safe to say most if not all of the people who work in offshore do earn wages many times over the national average. I have no interest in knowing what you do, how much you earn and to compare with whatever you earn.

Secondly your assumption of oil workers - that's the general term for people in this industry regardless of thier positions, like you call yourself a bonker - cannot afford landed properties and luxury cars is dead wrong. You're looking at this group of people through a dog's eye. I guess a frog like you living in your own well has absolutely no idea at all what other people do in other induestries.
