Is there really value to do MMED in fam med tho? I mean, more stress , additional exams, 2 more years of studying ( assuming you just want to do GP/OPS work and not aiming for CD/DD positions)

RP GDFM---> Staff physician or FP-GDFM
-but lesser admin, lesser responsibilities , also rather good pay
-no need do research and QIPs
-say 9kpm+ $500 GDFM stipend per month , there is around 2 month extra FP bonus plus AWS and assume 2 months PB bonus =5 months bonus alrdy = $160 k pm

stay in OPS gets medical benefits, family member healthcare benefits, dental benefits, 26 days AL , also PH offs for sure , no calls, not counting CCL + FCL that people gao gao take always. Most people in OPS max out 14 days MC also
