Relax, failing one mod is actually pretty common (something like 1 in 3 to 4 do). Although personally if you're not having a bad day during the exam, you're not supposed to be failing Part B.
If you need to resit, you can resit up to two papers a year. Meaning if you somehow fail 3 mods, you have to retake the entire exam next year (which again is almost impossible).
The general pass rate after resits is like 99.9% (data from last 10 or so years - but not accounting for the increased failure rate in 2023).
