Directors are Div Head level but there are some who sort of got "demoted". They keep the Director title but not the div head appointment.

MAS, their job title usually starts from AD, DD, D and so on. So, in reality, their Director doesn't necessarily mean a Div head. they have such titles is just for ease when talking to banks and the public. For other agencies/min start from AM, M, SM, AD, DD, D - the D then is a Div head.
