Yeap i heard that too. Many of last year batch terminated due to the same reason you say. This year itself no bonus on july. The rumours in office also say next year there’s no bonus and no increment. Alot benefits they already cut such as fire fighting allowances. But alot of resignation and termination going on there☹️

Next year they’ll probably cut half of the performance bonus and say that company not making money due to funding of projects + debts , etc.
All that being said, alot of us are updating our resumés to jump ship after december bonus.
