Agree with this if we are talking about average quality of analysts. But the pecking order depends on tbe bank, CS and UBS for example value their Private Bankers more than their markets ppl. JPM and DB value their markets ppl over their I bankers.
But strictly speaking 'high finance' constitutes only IB and Markets due to higher deal sizes.
