It's a good place to start out your career but the increments and progression don't keep up with typical industry level. As you gain years of experience, you will likely look for better opportunities from the MNCs, tech companies, banks, MSSPs.

you are probably a average worker thats why u think increments are low. the scheme rewards the higher performers. ur increment and bonuses goes to the high performers
