Yes they are paying more under nucleus program.

Sorry to say that’s true, the company doesn’t do any salary adjustment to bridge the gap. So longer your stay, the newer batch in few years time gets more than you, rinse and repeat. Thus, people leave. Am sure it’s happening not just in
NCS per say. Hmm that’s a really good question, am sure there are some who are “valued” but most of course not.
