Are the increments in
NCS really bad? Doesn’t seem right that they’re offering fresh grads more than experienced seniors.
I’ve seen Glassdoor reviews where they say the company cares more about attracting fresh grads to the company than retaining existing employees. Are existing employees not valued by the company?
