Based on the Faq section of the recruitment website, you should not have any problems applying again in future should you decide to withdraw your current application. Anyway just logically thinking - HR has got an abundance of candidates to pick from, you will only be doing them a favour by reducing no of candidates to pick, so no reason for them to blacklist you or anything like that.
