HR department is mainly young folks/fresh grads and refugees who did internal transfer. The essence of HR is missing in IMDA. HR is supposed to be the one department that can unite staff but that's not the case.

This CE is just another parachute, sometimes I feel he is just too full of himself and make unnecessary unpleasant comments. He can't be on par because he is just another yes man. He should brush up on his industry knowledge rather than always harp on ppt. We aren't hired to be a marketer, if marketing is only what he is capable of, I feel
MTI or
EDB is a better place for him.
