think govtech tap popularity isn't in its pay (notwithstanding that govtech tap already pays the highest among tech talent programmes in the public sector) but in its structured training opportunities (generous funding for certifications, overseas conferences, starting new nation-wide projects) which cost in the thousands
in early tech careers, training and not pay is the most important. pay comes with demonstrated training and experience

wah wth, 1000+ people apply and only 10+ selected among all capability centres? or 10+ among one capability centre? agreed the brand equity seems pretty legit. if i get rejected for this intake, you think its worth to find a job for the meantime and try again next intake?
