Salary wise, don't expect too much for AHP and admin side.. Yearly increment $100 plus.. There is salary revision on average once every 5 years but don't expect a huge increment.. At the end of the day, its still public healthcare which has to be kept affordable, money has to come from somewhere for the pay rise.
