Nothing more satisfying than seeing an elite CV realising that the legal industry is a glorified sweatshop, walking away from the partnership carrot-dangling we see all the time.

I reckon this trend exists because much of the perceived rewards we see now are a lot less than in the past. No offence to the older generation of lawyers but partnership prospects seem, from our perspective, to be dwindling year by year.

Partners were made up in only a few years in the past.

Even if you do happen to make partner, the competition is oversaturated.
