Just got to know that based on my years of experience, they can only do slightly more than what im getting now in yearly package. (they do not know my current package).
So for me it's basically to choose between contract vs permanent, and my current employer vs GovTech for my future.

One thing to add on is that, as I will be under 3rd party agency, my monthly base will be much higher, but bonus is low, which to me it's is a good thing as to me it's like getting bonus earlier, and spreads it to every month's pay.
