Not sure is ppl would agree this is accurate lmao everyone do give your 2 cents.. paying mid 5k for a grad with 2 YOE in a local bank sounds really good but super wasteful like wts donate to the BBs so they can compensate more to the grads who are working harder and on more impactful projects/work
