For housing officer, is there an allowance? If there is, it will be higher than the
LTA post. Having said that, it is a short 1 year contract with another year extension likely, so you do your judgement.
MOM policy states that one has to be in the service for 2 years to be considered for other positions available in other divisions/departments. That of course will need to go through the interviews etc but you will have priority over new candidates. So it is possible to be transferred.
