Most teachers do their dutifully even if there are a lot to handle. It is rewarding when we see the results in our students. But it can be upsetting when not every teacher works hard together. There is perceived unfair work distribution when compared to some KPs. Maybe some KPs can really manage their time well, coffee breaks, KLKK, go home at 3pm with no bags of marking or laptop. The normal teachers are still slapped with Assistant Oral duties until past 5pm.
